Bill To Repeal State Landscaping Services Tax Introduced

Legislation to repeal Michigan’s new 6 percent tax on services is surfacing in the Capitol as business gears up efforts to kill the tax.The tax landscaping , which will apply to 57 categories of and will affect about 16,000 businesses, is a key part of the fiscal 2008 state budget deal reached recently by lawmakers landscaping services.
