Water-smart landscaping erasing carbon footprint to debut at Abu Dhabi event
As concerns continue to grow about the effects of global warming on the environment, CMPi UAE, organizers of Gulf Landscaping scheduled to take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from 17th to 18th November 2008 announced that water smart landscaping technology and methods of offsetting carbon footprint will make their Middle East debut at the two-day event.
Exhibitors at the event will showcase water-smart landscaping through sensible best practices and display methods to improve the health of the immediate environment and reduce carbon footprint Backyard Landscaping.
Spurred by the boom in the regional construction industry, landscaping projects in the region comprising commercial and residential landscaping design and maintenance are set to multiply twofold to top Dhs60bn by 2010.
The Abu Dhabi event will provide landscaping ideas as well as products for erosion control, irrigation, landscape maintenance, water features, fertilizers, tips and facts on the latest landscaping trends for some fresh ideas, but also for landscaping professionals who are looking for some inspiration and outdoor design ideas.
Landscaping in the GCC is a competitive business fraught with high competition, shrinking profits and high capital expense.
